Heritage Breed Pork


We raise Berkshire, Large Black, and Old Spots, all English Heritage Breeds. Though heritage breeds grow a little slower than conventional hog breeds of today, their delicious and well marbled meat is surely worth the wait. All of our pigs are born and raised on-farm, in the forest and on pasture, where they spend time with their mothers until weaned. We custom grind and mix our own pig ration on farm with organic and gmo-free grains including organic flax-meal. This means Rock House Farm pork is naturally high in omega-3 fatty acids and other beneficial unsaturated fats. Tasty and nutritious.
